Law can not be made for each & every behaviour of human being. Much more important is to unerstand why it happens & take the remedial behaviorial change steps. One of the 1st step is to provide sex education from 9th standards onwards. 2nd is to have equilibrium in sex ratio in work place. 3rd could be providing equal opportunity for both sexes in every sphere of life.

Nowadays sexual harrasment & murders are increasing day by day especially child sex.Everyday in newspaper , we can see the sex murderers plays in the society.What is the reason behind in it?.The people mentality has been changed or the laws are not effective against to it.In some countries, they are having powerful laws for sexual killers.This is correct  for the society to eradicate this type of killers?.
