Most of the peoples or the employees were struggling to sustain the job especially the Engineering students or some freshers who were know only to read and vomits in the exams and some how plced through the college placements and after entering unable to sustain the job and after some period they were through out from the compnay....its due to lack in the TECHINICAL KNOWLEDGE during college days the were motivated to get high scores but most of the institution were not preffering the students to get developed techinically....this is the reason why they lose their job if they want sustain the job they should develope themselves technically and they should select company which suits for them...
