Why HR vacancy take so much time for closing the position. People complete their 2, 3 rounds then they are told may be there would be 4th round or else will close the deal. But then no reply for 2 to 3 months..And suddenlty after 3 to 6 months again people will get a call for the same opening..and there are many other such incidents. Another major one is about CTC for HR people...For eg:One corporate HR negotiates for the position with another HR from 30% to come down to 20-25 % and then we say HR has no market value, they are the Lowest paid in terms of CTC bracket. No Offence with anyone
