THERE is a need for a change in the HR role in ITES industries...it seen that HR in ITES industries involve only in letters. Its the PM or team leads who do one third of their jobs. HR must be evolved. Please give your comments

Yeah..I am agree with the point that you have arosen...HR Manager is one of the key personnal of any oragnisation. His active n physical involvement may help alot in motivating subordinates that work for organisation..Productivity will increase n even employee may retain for a long. And I think that this is the first n foremost objective of any HR. Yes its changing and the change is attributable to the profits our comapanies are making and the salaries our people are getting, but, we are not able to bring the real change as is there in western countries. I will give reason in support of my statement. We can find lot of difference in HR policies etc. before this economic slow down and now. Before this slowdown, employees are given many eminities and the treatment itself is different. But, now, the management, HR and teamleaders etc. are making the employees to get annoyed intentionally to get rid of them as part of their cost reduction strategy.

And, again, to be frank, I am not able to understand your debate issue or what exactly you want to debate or invite comments. But, its nice area and the confidence one can see from your statement exposes that you are a person with tremedous experience and can say so much about HR policies and the changes we need to bring.
