Recently they have given that option. But not directly it is through meebo. Go to your home page and click on the add new page tab. There you will find that option.

I CAN'T GETTING THE POINT WHEN EVER I LOG ON TO THE TOOSTEP THE DEBATE'S WHICH I STUDIED AT THE HOME OF TOOSTEP SUDDENLY THAT DEBATE COMES TO OUR E-MAIL FOR DISCUSSION SO WHY DOES TOOSTEP NOT OPEN CHAT MESSENGER TO GET MORE CONNECTED WITH EACH OTHER ??????????????????????

Well if chat option will be available then it will become like other social networking sites.. Toostep will loose it's charm..
