I don't think such things exist. But we have many training institutes and consultancies which help you in knowing yourself better....

My question is DO WE have a system which is measuring the exact things like potential to grow, how we are growing (in india our data will be analysed every 5 or 10 years??? pathetic ..isn't it). So are we really growing (this is since 20 years am listening) or are we will BE just growing. If such agency/department/committe exists is it is really working?
