Absolutely right.Music is the only thing which can able to change the person mind to positive side.It reduces atleast 100% of stress when he/she listening the music.It's my own experience.I love music.
Yes, Songs in general can be very good stress buster. But, one needs to be selective with the kind of songs. A very good songs may not really be a stress buster, in stead it can make you feel more depressed. I am talking about good songs which talks about sadness, helplessness etc. I think the best is to select songs which has Happy tunes and talks about the positive side of the Life.
Music is a great medicine. ever heard of a musician suffering a heart attack.. according to a survey musicians are a minority who suffer from heart attacks.
Me too agree mam.."SONGS&COLORS" are very important part of our lives. Colors helps us to express our mindsets & on the other hand songs are the best way to forget problems, tensions, encouraging us & great motivation. It also helps to express our views, emotions & feelings....

Though they cannot bring complete cure, Music and colors can be used to reduce stress levels. Good music can help in maintaining mental hygiene and thus can work as a very effective preventive also.

ya upto some extent u may be right but manju mam the stress level can only be reduced when our mind removes that shit from itself which is causing it to stress.how beautiful colours you are watching or any good music u r hearing but if the matter causing stress is not removed u will be worrying and u will not lay in rest.when you listen to music or see colours you try to forget the reason of stress.if the reason is such that doesnt affect you and your personals you can forget it through music but if anything teasing you or your family or very personals u can't cure ur stress through music or colours and sometimes it may make u very angry too.i think manju mam you would agree wid me........

Make a cancer or AIDS patient listen to good songs or keep in beautifully coloured room and watch his recovery!!! Isn't it? Manjuji, Songs just gives psycological relief from stress and tension which helps the patient to recover fast from small uncomforts of the body like headache or feaver. But it is never effective on the real diseases which has no alternative than medicine.....
