if boss is wrong company and its employees have to suffer and therefore it becomes inevitable to leave that comapny or all the employee should get together and take some legal step against him..

If an employee is wrong action is taken in the same way if the boss is wrong Company has to take strict remedial measures as his actions effects the employees in a big way.

Joydeep I agree with you but tell me incase you get all the wrong boss then what will you do? Hence I will discuss the matter with my close colleague till such time the matter do not change into snowballing effect and automatically the higher ups will take corrective actions.

In our jargon, we call even the immediate superior as boss! We need to see the level of the boss who is wrong, as also to see his continuance will jeopardise the organisation as a whole, if he is a senior level person, say, CEO, CFO, etc. If that is the case, then the company has to take remedial action, after taking cognizance of the complaints received from the employees concerned! Escapism is not the right approach!

Normally, it is the practice not to listen to the employees who resign, because their views are biased. Instead stay put and fight for justice. This can be done only if you are really hard working and sincere. Fight does not mean arguments. It means convincing the management about the futility of continuing in the given circumstances.

If the immediate reporting Managers are incapable and selfish person, or a person showing partiality, a performer also cannot continue in his team.  So companies have to listen the reasons stating by the employee during the time of resignation and should give him opportunity to work under the management of some other one either by transferring the resigning employee or by transferring the boss. If the common opinion taken from team is against the boss, it is better to change the boss.

If boss is wrong and the employee supports the worng boss then the reputation of a company will suffer. So avoiding that is the correct way or get out of that company.
