Increase in demand results in increase in cost. Developer's money is mostly blocked into shares of reputed companies hence new projects are not being launched. Now this situation is bound to change. Hence increase in demand resulting to increase in cost.

No doubt, it will defiantly increase, as per pragya said when the demand will increase the material become short then it will affect the price. After increasing share markets the value of properties, start to increase. It will defiantly affect.

Yes agree with Aashish here..whenever there is greater demand there is an increase in the cost..Not only in steel but in all other categories also..
