imroving quality and reducing cost and completion period

very politely I want to clear the doubt raised that if quality is reduced then there is no advantage of the cost economy we can achieve economy without affectinng the quality but I say we get better quality instead this is not a magic but it is because of the methods we adopt for construction and we will save the cost to the limit up to which quality is not compromised we can get results practically

I am giving the steps where we can get the results eg
1. in brick/stone masonry works we get ome side finish and other side rough wall surface where we need more thick plaster while if we go with CC  cavith blocks which are larger in size to bricks we get both side finished surface and need 25% thicknes of plaster and also lesser joints  all will save the cement consumption with improved quality  and reduced dead load in addition to this due to larger hight of the blocks we will get the corrosponding hight in 60% time as compared to traditional masonry work thus we also saved the time without comrimising the quality
2.If we go with precast roofing with roofing cavity blocks we will considerably reduce the dead load which will save the reinforcement and cement considerably and also cost of shuttering is reduced to 25% and in this process we are no where compromising the quality we will go according to the designed load conditions and acheive all three benifits of time cost and quality
3.We shall be able to save the carpet area which is being wasted in the thick walls of stone /brick masonry while using the precast cavity walls thereby saving a considerable land area while real estate rates are increasing rapidly
