In India, technocrat and burocrat should come in front line of building nation,not politicians

Development irespective of anyfield is not posible unless qualified person of the respective field are not assembled together.

Therefore this is necessary to make involve the right person in a project. politicians are not the right person and largly they can not be for various reasons. On the other hand we have enermous resources of educated manpower in India and the are under utilised.

Because of this only talent goes out of India every year. Time has come and we have to think twice as to how this human resources is significantly utilised.

Development is posible when a process is monitored by a knowladgeable person. Mostly in India, politicians are not the right person because of so many reasons. After 62 years of our independence most (more than 95 %)of the politicians have proved their inabilty and as a result,84 crore of people are under below proverty level as on date.

To support the above system,High level burocrats and technocrats should come together to build nation. They should not be allowed to work under any politicians once any project gets cleared. In India they are not taking their responsibility in a right manner . Top of these two teams are required to be bold enogh to resist any kind and any amount of pressure in any form. For this they need to be more sincere and have fair attitude to implement the project for which they are resposible.

Our country is full of technically talented people. But still we are lead by less educated people. I believe, merely having good education is not enough. You also need to have a good political contact. Not only combination, but our leaders should be good educated people. Something like our Ex-president Dr.APJ Abdul Kalam,Current PM Dr.Manmohan Singh and many more politicians.

It is very much correct that politics is responsible for INDIA's lagging progress.

Unless the corrections made in the constituion there is no possibility of fast development with the merging of technocrat and burocrat.

Now the politicians have made politics very chea,they looting the indian wealth once they get elected. This should be stopped by the younger brilliant generation.

All the corrupt politicians should be hanged in public place.

Hi Bipradas,

I throughly agree what you said. The Indian system has to be change inorder to become developed country. Only then we will be able to control the poverty and illiteracy. So we should join hands together to change this system and bring technocrat and burocrat in the front line.

I will go with yash... India is full of talented people.. Simply going on talking that our polititians are bad, y dont we change that... Y dont we get into that... In the past 8 yrs india has changed drasticaly... in term of economy & technology... We should admit that there are good people coming in to politics... this is a good initiative.. any country canot change over night.
