In Professional life appearance is very important. Quality of the dress is very much required for a proper impression of the person. Well even in service companies like airlines, Uniforms are given to the Flying crew or ground handling crew only. The staff in the marketing or sales sides are not issued with uniforms. Thy might be given an allowance for maintain the appearance. So uniforms in professional life is not successful in all fields.

childern are immature and they don't know what is right and wrong so school uniform give him no discrimnation but in profesional life everyone is mature so if uniform will not give any effect on the cunning mind or ur colleages.

If no then why we are forcing school children to do so. School is a temple of learning, so whatever we learn, we should apply it otherwise what is the use of learning about equality and unity.

Though we are mature, we committing many mistakes in our life.

Absolutely no. Uniforms should not be allowed even in the schools is what I feel. Whatever be the economic strata of an individual, they must be allowed to express their personalities through their attire. And yes, this is a silly topic to discuss.
