Abhik I understand what you are saying but People need the work to be done and upto the time these acquired skills are working well no one is going to think about knowledge based skills.

yah its quite conflicting but true that acquired skills get more attention and admiration than having knowledge based skills which is good too. skill limited within knowledge are of no use, using those skills and acquiring more with experience is something what is fruitful,

Acquired Skills are the ones that will finally dominate. Basic Knowledge based skills only form the base.

I agree that, for a good work turn out,  we need acquired skills. Hope that, based on these issue only we categories Skilled / Semi-skilled / Unskilled personnel. But, when you look at the Core value of any organization and if it wants to imbibe it in all its' activities successfully, it needs very much Knowledge based skills.

Outwardly, it may seems that acquired skills overrides But, it is not. You can say , its like a Pyramid. The base is with skill based scooping up with Knowledge based.

The acquired skill requirement is 90-95% and knowledge based skill requirement is rest 5 -10% in practical life.

Yes.Though the right blend of both are required theoretically but it is found that  persons with good acquired skills e.g. marketing skills, negotiation skills, managerial skills etc. with little or no theoretical knowledge of their subjects rule the trade. However, quality of work suffers in the end as can be seen by everybody because I believe the right knowledge gives a person integrity and the passion to deliver his/her assignments in a truly professional manner

Knowledge based are something basics.. As anybody moves on in career,he inculcates lots of acquired skills which makes him more effective in performing..Without knowledge based skills, acquired skills may not be fully effective & rewarding..

To bring the backward classes (who are financially backward) into the mainstream, financial help needs to be provided. But certainly not reservation in 'jobs',because eligibility,I.Q and capability has nothing to do with the rich and the poor.
It is very good to accept one as oneself, however man lives in a society and often we have to live our lives as desired by our parents/wife/children, therein the actual conflict arises. We've to believe that we're satisfied by making happy the people...
There are both sides of the coin. 'Job' lets you explore your skills and abilities, but the decisive factor to 'career prospect'however is your rapport with the bosses.Again in 'business' it can take years before your idea/product/services get noticed...
