Completely agreeing, the main reason for this situation is improper education system. What they study is different from what they work. So to change this situation we need to change the education system !!!

Please wake up people !!!

Absolutely. The education system in   India is totally skewed.

Instead of making the general mass quickly employable by giving trade related training, by creating Industrial training institutes in every village, the government's education plan is based on making everyone good for nothing graduates. Doing away the 10th std exam as entry point to industrial training is a typical example of the above.

India would need lakhs of trades men and may be we will have to import them from other countries soon while lakhs and lakhs of our young generation will be rotting without any job for their lively hood. There is no wonder Maoism and Naxalism is growing so fast and becoming the greatest threat for the country as a whole. It is time our political leaders wake up and do something fast.
