Criteria for membership to Rajya Sabha

We should change to having only Non-politicians as members to Rajya Sabha.

And bar all those with any displayed political affiliations to politics, from participating in Rajya Sabha. This may improve quality and depth of debate thereby internal functioning of parliament. Instead only those who contributed in varied activities of state development could be encouraged. Professionals from varied streams may as well be included to improve levels of participation.
