It is necessary to increase output but if people are still sleeping without any food then this kind of GDP has no meaning and we should be ashamed ourself to call an Indian who is not responsible for taking any step. There are thousand of crore rupees kept by the politician but nobody bothers about anything and still we say that our economy is growing.
