India has plent of World class clinicians, can't they help design better patient care?

I have repeatedly been told that clinicians in India are extremely good and they do come up with innovative solutions to provide care to patients. Is it not time that many of these geniuses share their knowledge and help create products/processes that can ensure that their colleagues in India get this knowledge/knowhow so that the entire population gets benefited?

I believe sharing of knowledge is very important and we should be looking at the patient's benefit. This usually leads to better care, reduced costs and improved productivity of the patients.
