i am not as very professiona & in my circle people too..they all are emotional which affect our professional life..mean to say that we can not grow as USA,UK CHINA ....

Yes I do support Abhishek that Indians are more emotional and less professional. Though we can see it is changing with the new generation but till time it is there.
