Just Think India wants to build hi speed tracks from north to south and east to west contributing 7000 kms even if 5 crore people work for 20 days with all proper allocations of material india will be having this tracks completed almost 30 to 40 days time. It is big task of association panning resoucing ,which could be done by NGOS , all material supplied at site by govt authorities, people can be used for that, food and cottage of 5 cr people will be a record . It is possible reduce the no of people and increase th time which could be managable, it is just put ur will . Look u can work for road s, Airports, sea ports, Army structures boarder road, river canals ppiplines for saving of rivers . it is posible It will  be A history for India and greate achivement for nation u can put contactors for mainenance after establisment. organisation is the word

Yes. It will benefit as we donate a single penny to the Nation when they face national disaster & to compensate peoples miseries.

What you suggest and propose goes in exactly the same direction. However, it needs to be organized according to complexity criteria. Complexity is a self organizing, an autopoietic system. We need to organize what you propose in complexity terms to allow for a sustainable complexity growth. Demography has to slow down to a rate of 1, 005 > x >0,995 for the time needed to set up the new system= 2 children per woman in average for 5 to 20 years, depending on the region.
