Business cycles for individual countries and economies are fixed by extraneous energy factors and not by individual government or economists. Economists and the governments only ride on those cyclical horses and touch the peak of the Horizon. This cycle moves in a certain system. This system is determined by Space Electrical Energy unknown to the scientific community or any one else including economists so far. I have worked on this energy system for last 14 years taking into account 300 hundred years of Economic history of USA and also of other important economies. I have been publishing this discovery in various websites including 'Thunderbolt' a forum of world Scientists. Based on this discovery India is poised for long term growth from middle of 2003 with active support of negative and positive charges of the space electricity. The cycle of growth is likely to tread the first half of the cycle for about fourteen and half years to last till 20017. Intermittent constraints do come in the way but not to block the growth for long term.Only for this cyclical power horizon set for India and China both the countries have been challenging the developed countries in tackling the business cycle constrains which they have been facing.Keeping in view this positive power horizon for India this economy is likely to have an average growth rate of 8% pa till 2017.
