Pakistan ranks 40 :)

Ok lets leave Pak out of this.. So the basic point is that we Indians do not celebrate our happiness and when I say this Iam talking about the majority.. This is what the survey says.. Do you think that is the case? Do you feel your life is a struggle or people around you feel that way.. Are we really unsatisfied individuals?

It is always best to think about what you have than what you don't. On personal level, I am satisfied with my & our countr's progress, as we both are not in a hurry.

Basic rule is ,"Slow & steady wins the race".

Thanks for referral, Anand.

My point is why do we have to drag Pakistan all the time in terms of comparison? It sucks, really sucks, are we still thinking that Pakistan is our enemy? Look at the mal-nourished figure and compare it with Pakistan, why do we set Pakistan as an example all the time in the negative senses? They do not do that with Indians; we always try to bully them and it is lame; please look at the Liberals of Pakistan, how they are tackling with the corrupt Governance, fundamentalism, religion etc. Amongst the Islamic countries, Pakistan has the largest numbers of Atheist/Agnostics/Apostates. Most of the educated Pakistanis are leaving Islam or are on the verge of leaving since Pakistan is an Islamic country so, they cannot openly proclaim that as in Islam Apostasy is punishable by "DEATH", however, people are now not afraid to call themselves as Atheist anymore in Pakistan. lahore school of Economics is the main adda of this society founded by a friend of mine Hazrat Nakhuda (name changed)and his community titled "Pakistan's Atheist and Agnostic Society is very much active and accumulating a huge fan base in facebook. So, I request you people, to do a little bit of re-con on Pakistan before we comment on them, needless to say that please do not follow the Indian news channels for updates on Pakistan, we are being fooled by these channels..=)

It is mainly due to population growth. Catering to the needs of more than 120 Cr people is a herculean task. Committed politicians and honest officials can make the task easier. But it has become a day dream. We can only sympathise with the people and pray god for their well being !!

Surveys, statistics can be dressed up and made to results you want to highlight, and the questions which you ask are also can have different answers and interpretations, then the sample size is another question, kindly ignore such kinky surveys an let's not get worked up about it!
