Indiabulls launches high-rise residential project. Will people prefer this?

Indiabulls real estate has announced the launch of Indiabulls sky, South Mumbai's first residential high-rise with managed private residences. These residences will be privately-owned and will be serviced by a dedicated butler, who will be on call round-the-clock to meet every resident's request. Indiabulls Sky, has in its boutiques, restaurants, five-star hotels, entertainment-centers, reputed schools, the Race course and a Club within the radius of two-to- three-kilometers. Will people prefer this?

The launch of high-rise residential project by the Indiabulls is very exciting.  The best thing of this project is it helps to save our time, because people get every thing within the same place . And it also helps to reduce traffic because people need not travel long distance to get what they want, which in turn lead to reduce pollution.

Why not ! people of India like high rise buildings in cities, they prefer modernisation, their economic condition is getting stronger. Why won't they not welcome this change ?

since at south mumbai the scarcity of the land attracts this type of residential project and considering with the cost affordabilty this project will be sure successfull.

It is good plan but what remains to be seen is that if the occupancy levels with provide the critical mass towards operations of the facilities ( like 5 star hotel, theater etc). If not then they will be more of a liability than ment for residents comfort. Also providing all these facilities the cost of the residential apartments might shoot up. As a result only select few high profile customers will be the target buyers.
