could Indian army free from ministerial control will lead to more efficient ,power full , constructive defense in India. Apart from chief of army, navy and airforce could there be a panel consisting of experts from defense decpline govern it. will army tax will generate Rs 50000 cr fund PA for army ,apart from regular govt funding.

No Army's job is protecting the country from our outside enemies. Must work under Democratic Govt. Even govt. is advised to use minimal army force presence,whenever & wherever it is necessary to bring back the internal  order. No more than that.
