Recent Incident in AP where an idiot slitting girls' throat in public. Instead of stopping this cruelty, all those so called indian citizens watched as if any film shooting is going on... And the most worst thing is a policemen among them is taking video of this incident instead of saving the girl! Just for showing witness in court!!! The poor girl died among so many people! Guys please debate and think of some way out of this crisis. My support is for the first argument. What you say?
