Indian Constitution has guaranteed fundamental rights - But no GUARANTOR

Legislators make law. Executives implement - they are agents. Judiciary is the factor for checks and balance, but without explicit law by legislators, judiciary do not intervene. Earlier episodes of Judicial intervention as PIL is given go by as Judicial activism by CJI. eg. Education is fundamental right - but government does not provide good or  free education,  Courts refused to help. Further adding insult to injury, it is made fundamental duty to citizen.

Politicians make a mockery of sytem and loot public money without providing value to people. Election spend is phenomenal and such investment leads to looting for returns. Demo(no)cracy? when two persons decide WHIP legislators to vote for their decision. People's opinion by referendum never taken
