I am agree with you. Indian do not know manage their income but most poor people illiterate and can not earn more money for improved your standard of living and their children got better education.If Indian government provides facilities or money to them then It's don't reached there.

Agreed Piyush, but we are the reason for it. Indian don't know how to spend money in a better way, most of us save, which stops/reduces the flow of money. And black money is the major reason for being poor still....

Today Indian economy has reached in top ten position in the world but the maximum people of India are poor they can not arrangment a bit of food. The Indian economy is a rising economy of world after china. Its growth rate are more than 8 percent. The Indian Industrialist at the top position in the world according to forbes magzine the per capita income is also good but more people struggled for a peace of bread. Many children don't go to school only 25 percent reached at univercity level.
