FII is just entering the market so huge demand is seen for that. So this will help to increase the share value and the currency rate !!!!

As long as the FIIs see value in the Indian stock exchange, they wil participate. The moment they see the valuations are stretched or they are in need of funds for their other operations, they will pull out. and the stock exchanges will crumble like a pack of cards. And because of their investment size, they will drive the markets. If we put in place some restrictions like the FIIs directly or indirectly cannot hold more than 25% of the share capital, etc., they will continue to drive the FIIs. And the chances of this happening - very, very negligible. Our Government is actually interested in selling the country to them. Going by the deinvestment drive and the relaxation in the investment norms.
