Indian politics is not in tune with times and needs of Indian people.I feel we need young thinkers with good analytical capacity and serious in taking up job as ministers.rather than being birthday kids in abirthday party.

Just infusing young and educated people will not clean up the political system. The need of the hour is electrical reforms.

Young should bring in more participative leadership. The present one man controlled parties are ruining India. Nepotism and sycophancy does not bring the best out of collective wisdom. The recent Finance Reform Bill in US got 27 ruling party members voting against the bill. This can never happen in the present day Indian Politics.

Such a large country with so much complexities, India cannot rely on the wisdom on any single leader to lead it into glory. We have paid heavily in the past 60 years of one man shows in all parties. This should stop.

Youngsters should demand more say in their parties and bring in more open debate and stop this one man "GOD" like worship and waiting for alms.

surely young educated blood can revamp politics..as they are above any predefined notions...they have more wider outlook...they have not restricted their vision....but to manage a system is not an easy task..ther would many unprevalent situations cropping up everyknow n then....so at times

wordly wise of old politician would helpful to overcum those circumstances...

Its true that the young and educated will bring in change, but end of day experience also counts a lot so if educated people are mixed with experienced people our system will be amazing and we will rock....!!!!!

I would like to point out one "very young" party AGP (Asom Gana Parishad) captured Asom's legislative assembly in 80s.  Now, all MLAs were young and all were graduates, History now tells us that they are the most corrupt in those times.  So a considered infusion via mentoring youngsters are required to pass the baton.

Of course New blood will change complete India but we should not forget Young generation is hot blooded and full of passion. They finish everything in hurry. Also they lack experience. Thats why they need guidance of elders to perform better and gain experience. I am not saying to fill the party with people full of old men. No, majority may be youth...but at least a handful of experienced people should be there for proper guidance and everyone should respect him and obey him. They should take the advantage of his experience and discuss new ideas with him. In this way, we will get new ideas with experienced cover which will be good enough to properly guide the country...
