I feel Infy, it is the output that is considered and the bottomline too. TCS does not find itself near to infy in these aspects.

TCS and Infosys both of them are good at their own place. We can't make a comparison between them. As we all know that TCS which is a TATA group is running and known for their ethics but we never forget Mr. Narayan Murthy, who had done lot for the country and he also treat their employees like a friend.

The factor which are mentioned by Sarad doesnot classify a company as great, but the values on which is build on, its social consciousness, its corporate consciousness, employee friendliness and shareholder's trust, Infy undoubtedly is the best.

In terms of employee satisfaction, Infy has always scored ahead of pretty much any other outsourcing firm in India. The overall branding of Infy is that of a more innovative, employee-friendly brand as compared to TCS

I feel that Infosys is better because fresher has more opportunity to expose their talents. The working atmosphere & environment is so good. We have freedom to experiment new things & we will be motivated for the same.we are also encouraged & rewarded.

Infosys and TCS both are the IT giants but Infy is always the BEST. It has world class infrastructure and facilities which satisfy their employees. I have been working with Infy for 2 years and was a great experience.

only infosys is there in market who is creating new ideas for the growth of it infrastructure. it is giving oppertunity to new commers. while tcs is only a part of it infrastructure.if in simple words i can drive this than only i can say that infosys is a gaint tree of it and tcs is a branch of it.

I believe Infy is better because Infy is only a IT organization and there main aim is just to promote IT and they way they handle it is superb where TCS being a part of the TATA group is just another way of bussiness for them. For a fresh graduate i think Infy is the best as ir provides you with a best platform to learn things as a starter.

Infy is undoubtebly different from all its competitors in the same field. The way a fresh graduate is groomed and motivated to work for differentiation only creates the difference. Also at infosys graduates from other streams also get there bread and butter that too with high satisfaction and care too.

Even though they compete in the same area, Even though they have many
common clients, Even though they do a lot of similar work, these two are
totally different in the way they work, their policies, the way they see the
clients/employees, the way they handle projects. As far as Infrastructure is concerned i go for Infy.

TCS is the best organisation to learn and grow. I observed that its having a strong percentage of employees who come back after few year this shows what tcs is...its simply a great place to work.

If you ask me who is best, I do not know. But if you ask me who is more stable, I would definitely say that it is TCS. Revenue wise also TCS is bigger than Infosys.

ONE SHOULD HAVE A WHOLISTIC APPROACH
It is very difficult to say which one is better than the other, specially when they are giant corporations and respected the world over. They both have best of talent, best of policies, best of clients, best of employee satisfaction and retention programs, best of the package. So just can not comment which one is better. and sometimes the employees move between the two companies :-)
Employees are at the core of any organization and are best brand ambassadors. It is only natural to have employee dissatisfaction in both the companies. But this can not declare the other one the winner. There could be people who are benched, or bad supervisor or work timings or dressing issues. We need to understand the context behind those few cases of employee dissatisfaction and how to make the work experience much better.
So I would say the company which is striving hard to identifying and addressing the factors of employee dissatisfaction would be the best one.
