Inner transformation leads to outer changes

close your eyes ... there is a gr8 creator inside ...open your eyes...there is a wonderful creation outside........close your eyes.....open your eyes........close/open..close/open....connect your inside with outside ....slowly slowly  you will find .....inner transformation changing outer and outer changing inner...for bettermint..you can change whatever you want ....only your intetions should be clear...then start change...bcoz....i hav changed and is changing ...it is continuous process......you can not step twice in the same river !

Yes, everything starts from within.

I persoanally believe that to have a sustainable outer change it should start from inside. As a example that if we have a inner discipline, things and action is always disciplined but if we have a forced discipline as we have in schools at very young age, as soon as tacher disapper from the class, class atmosphere will change in less than a minute.

But there are few exceptions and it again start right from childhood age. So far i did not understand, why we tempt so much towards all bad habits and never have the same temptation for good habits. No matter, how much you try to build inner strong for your kids, you will find that they always tempt to do something strange, may be they dont know good or bad but if classify then you will put these things in bad category.

Politicians are another example but i dont want to compare kids with politicians.

Everything starts from within. Everything starts as a dream in the eyes. Then it takes form of a resolve in mind. That gives way to a plan on paper. And finally, it takes a shape in real world. It is possible to change the world. But an initial spark in mind is essential. 

I think inner transformation is also required for outer change, with out changing from inside it is not possible to change from outside,, like when you are happy or sad from inside one can easilly make out from the outside, so in a similar way even in the business also there should be transformation of sorts and this will surely have a impact in a good way in the business , the strategies and the model of approach.
