It shoudl be realated to the tax paid by the person.  As governement can give farmers different concessions without paying the tax like lone vaver etc.

When a person looses his/her jobs!Primerily due to inefficiency in performing job. If somebody is assured of some income after loosing his/her job,organisation will never get satisfactory performance from work people.

I go with with Sheetal. Insurance for the job loosers is not advisable as it would  be a big challenge for the authorities.

No this is not possible. Today job hopping is becoming common among employees. So insuring for employment is not a good idea. They will give many fake report about the company and evaluating it is not easy task..... :)

So this is my opinion, looking for more views ..........
