its always a right time to invest in land being the crudest form of investment. the rate always appreciates and doesnt depend on stock market though the market is little fragmented. Invest in areas where the development is happening and always check if it has clear title papers

Its definitely right time, however one has to be cautious enough to understand present / future locational equities.

Yes even i think this is the best time to invest as the prices are low and market is stabilising and hence this would be the right time to invest in real estate and lands..and prices will go up in the future where one can get best deals..

As per my opinion, for land there should be a govt policy for investment. because it's one of the biggest reason for high prices of land.
