The cash rich BCCI is happier than ever I guess, though there may be no takers for the men in blue, but Indian Premier League (IPL) T20 cricket appears to be hot property. The T20 IPL which is valued at $1.65 billon and called the hottest sports league by international magazines, will soon may have two seasons in a year, the other season being an overseas one.

It all happened due to IPL being forced to move to South Africa earlier this year helped turn into a global brand faster than planned. The move to South Africa made one sit up and take note of additional revenue generation streams from international markets.

So people, do you want 2 seasons of IPL in a year?

Why not India thrives on cricket, and cricket is something which people don't get bored even if they watch all year, so the more is good, and IPL being the hottest new sporting extravaganza, is catching like anything among people and especially youth  who stayed away from normal cricket due to the lengthy version of ODI's and tests. with fast paced action and city based fan following it is a great format which needs more exposure around the world and 2 seasons in a year is a good option as the 2nd season will be in a foreign location, not only for international players but also the domestic players who will get a chance to play on foreign soil which was impossible earlier. And this also gives a platform to make cricket to go Global with newer countries evincing interest in this T20 format.

No, i don't think having 2 seasons of IPL will do good, if it is having one season then people will be waiting for it like anything and if they try to push it too early then it will be the case like where the guy kills the hen due to greed of more golden eggs, it should not happen like that, and still there is more time left for something like that, first make it popular across the  world by having other international teams participating in these type of formats and then later on one can expand to more seasons in a year, till then 1 season per year is more than enough.

Why!! Test cricket is the best form of cricket and that tests the real power of a player. We should not get lost in glamor and forget the roots should we??
BJP too is forcing him to resign but he is seeking legal options to stay in. No one wants him, everyone knows how corrupt he is still he is not willing to leave! what should this attitude be called? Do you think he will resign at will ?
Yes it can be called inside information from a blog. We cannot the understand the real feeling without facing a similar situation.
