Is allowing free air travel for ministers' companions and relatives justified?

As we can see not only ministers, but their relatives and companions are also allowed to travel freely in aeroplane, trains or use any services inspite of the fact that they are common public, not ministers.

I just ask a simple question, that these companions of ministers, in spite of not being any officials fly in the fuel, which has been bought with the money collected by the tax of common citizens then why they are not paying for using public money? Is it justified to allow them use public property for free?

This happens in every country, politicians relatives are given special privileges.This seems to be part of the package for Ministers of the government. This can be very annoying. I recall the Prime Minister's daughter in my country was working in the same office with me and she had security to accompany her to work.Currently the Minister of Foreign Affairs's husband work in the office next to mine and he has a lot of special privileges such as diplomatic passport, in addition to a high paying job. There are some things you have to leave alone,since politics is what runs the country with the money you pay in taxes.

I did not know Devi, i was about the post an argument opposing the photo of our Prime minister as i read he is the most humble and un-corrupted which i do not have any doubt, but the content which you have posted many of us are unaware?

Perquisites of being the POLITICIAN of the country! It is a global thing. why raise eyebrows here?? If you are working with SONY dont you get a hefty employee benefit to buy any SONY product?? Well we pay through our noses for it :))

Every responsibility comes with its brick bats and perks enjoy till the time you are in the job.. otherwise blame the recession :D

No ayan, sorry you can not compare yourself with them, as you said you are a citizen but they are politicians, you are a common man with poverty, and they are superior with power,you are talking of benefits and concessions dear, but  in our country the politicians and their relatives and close associates can even rape some one and walk out from the court with a smile?"MERA BHAARATH MAHAAN"

Government always gives some benefits to the family members of any government employee since he is serving the government. So, if someone is getting any benefit from the government side, why shouldn't he use it? I don't see anything wrong in it.

When can their relatives see the world out of public money that too freely.  How good services are rendered by these ministers dont you know.  Amassing wealth moveable and non moveable, when they will find time and people to deposit their moneys collected through contractors in foreign banks.  For these services, these relatives should be sent.  What a great service rendered by these ministers to our country.

At one time, govt saying we are adopting cost cutting methods. There is a example of recent drams over the 'Cattle class" and now Govt offering free class. This is totally oppose of cost cutting policy of Govt. Only MLA, Ministers is O.K But why there reletivies. It is public money on which they are offering free travel.

Is there anything at all that isn't given to them ? free housing, free cars etc... instead why don't we give them a mothly salary and depending upon the performance , all such benefits be given ?? This way they will come to realize their work and its importance.

noone has the right to scoff around public property ,build with taxpayers money  .generally minister gets  free accomodation ,tax free allowances ,free conveyance (whose usage in unaccountable ),two vip numbers ,and blah blah....what else they want .. whole country as a brunch ..bus karo yaar .at least pay for air travel . but sadly we choose them and such associated beneficiaries is reality in every sphere of life .thnx for bringing it to light .

They are also common citizens like us. They are not ministers but only his relatives. They shouldn't use the advantage of the power of the minister and use public property for free. They ashould also be treated in the same way a common citizen is treated. They should also buy ticket for air travel. It is completely wrong if he uses public property for free.
