Bosses always feel that they are always right whether it is actually right or wrong.  They are always loaded with full of Ego and dominating nature.  If a Boss is late, then it is understood that he is actually busy doing some job outside, while a subordinate is late, he is punished.  Boss should behave like a Leader and should set an example to their subordinates.  A boss should maintain Discipline but at the same time motivate and guide their subordinates, so that organizational objects and goals are accomplished in a time bound manner.

This statement is just like saying every time is day time. If immediate reporting boss is an incapable and selfish person, a performer anso can't do right. This statement is made to create slavery in employment.

Boss is also a human being and all human beings are puppets of mistakes. Sometime it has been experienced that subordinates are come forward with better ideas then boss or top brass. Since subordinates are skilled to their area of jobs thus they can say much better about the development or betterment of particulars job area. Boss looks after the entire system of business so he may not be well aware about the particular area of job. While finalizing a decision, bosses must hear the subordinates and take proper cognizance on their views. Arbitrary decisions may cause the loss to a company. Although the boss is sole responsible to the all profits and losses, but his/her wrong decisions may effect the employees future.

Any boss that want to always be right, does not want the best for his organisation.therefore,BOSS is not always right. He tend to be right when he does not play a leadership role as a boss. For God sake,he is a human being and can make mistakes and stand to be corrected by his subbordinates if actually he wants the organisation to grow. www.avenuestowealth.com/rtblimited
