I totally disagree as girls are more caring, sensitive to their parents health and care. Today's girl can do anything a boy can do. You cannot think of a world without " GIRLS ".

this is nt a new piece of topic. boys r better than girls in some field n girls r also better than boys in some field.........n for ur kind information on this topic there shouldn't be any debate.... because tym has changed we kno why we r on this earth. A girls can give a birth to a child can a boy do.......... a boy hav all the physical strength which a girl dnt have........ no one can live with out each other.......if we cant live with out each other....thn why this topic........

Certainly and there are so many reasons and the space here is too little and everybody knows it well globally so it is not a matter of debate at all men are certainly and undoubtedly far superior, and men are capable of doing every job that a woman does the only thing we need women is for the gratification of our intimate sexual desires and reproduction and they have no role in whatsoever. Moreover God also knew it so he created Adam before that Eve and Eve came in the picture just for the above stated reason. Had the women not interfered in men sector we would had more job opportunities and the crime rate would have been down, I may sound orthodox but it is true if all working women leave their job position and get satisfied with what their mates are earning then there will not be so much jobless men and if men will have jobs they will mind their business so the criminals will not be born. Moreover when God himself has created a significant difference and guided each gender for work then who are we to decide? According to God's perception Men are manufactured for work and Women are responsible for reproduction, nourish the new born and care the Men and if any gender violates this divine rule then the consequences will be catastrophic and we can see in today's context when crime is high and it is growing in alarming rate. Come on Men stop being brainless and emotional like Women THINK IN THIS ANGLE and decide........

I am completely fed up with the topics differentiating boys and girls. In a professional site, are we short of ideas for discussions? When do we start treating the other gender as equals? Oh god, give them some good insight rather than thinking about boys and girls. Starvation of ideas, inability to think beyond gender and yet willing to comment on all other things. Such comparison shall never be applied when you are thinking for the better qualities. The basic thing is the market is dominated by boys be it a hard core field works or any another works. People who tend to seem broad minded in the world would quote say today there are girls in Armed forces, Manufacturing units, Field Works etc. They just wanted females to be attracted by them, but they know very well that how much percentage of girls work in these fields compared to the total number of them. Simply take out the percentage of how much boys work in these fields with respect to total numbers of them. In majority of fields boys dominate the profession except the fields like teaching , office receptions and soft fields like that. There are girls out there who do arduous jobs same as boys and a grand salute to them but their efforts should not be taken to popularize the whole community of which major of them pass the days doing nothing.

Girls are doing well. However when compared as a ratio of boys towards girls, girls are still behind. Also lot of girls take decision emotionally which may not be suitable all the times. However girls are doing well now a days.

When ever some topic is considered, please make it elaborate. I can bet, girls are better in 50% area and boys are better in rest 50%. Boys can not become a "mother" and girls can not become a "father", we should be happy with that only.

Girls were multi taskers, boys are not. When boys can handle both house works and the office works simultaneously like the current married working women were doing in that time i will agree that boys are equal to girls. Now boys are still many steps behind girls in many aspects. what i have quoted here is just an one example.

It all depends on the outlook, the tenacity and the "eagerness to prove something". Most girls as society treats then as second-class have a desire to prove. Both are "equally good or bad". It only depends on the circumstances.

I don't really agree on that. I find that women in general is more stable, tend to be more detail oriented and have a higher moral/etics than men in general have. But then again, a good company will perform better with a 50/50 percent of genders in the company. Not really true about the multitasking subject that some mentioned here. Better to concentrate fully on one subject instead of leaving two half done.
