Its a good news mam Sonal,I have heard from my relatives at delhi & mumbai MTNL is working very nicely than bsnl,with this bsnl will improve.

In my view, the merger between state-run telecom firms BSNL and MTNL is the best option because it would create the country’s largest telecom company. The merger would also help synergise operations of both the telecom companies.
