Cheese is loved by many for its lingering taste, appetizing looks and its general melt in the mouth feel. Does eating cheese spoil your health? When introduced to cheese many people get entrapped to eating it to many times-no one can stop with a little? Indian foods habits have had alterations when cheese got introduced especially popularized by certain food chains. Cheese is but rich in fat. Will eating cheese spin off a "eating it more habit" leading to an obese population? Can people be educated or will the craving to eat cheese overshadow the education on its ill effects. We need to mind that people eat cheese and take wine in western cultures. This balances their diet.

Take it with a good sense of balance. Never loose your head when it comes to eating cheese. Take black tea, green tea or red wine when cheese is part of your diet

Winston yes thats true in foreign countries people take cheese with alcohol. They say it does not affect their health and that is the reason why they don't get heart attack like Indians. So it has some good purpose, but at the same time we should be in our limits since it has more fat content which may lead to many diseases.

Everything is good when it is in its limits ..........  :)

Cheese contains saturated fat which is a high risk category for heart attack. Though the lingering taste often draw people to consume, a safer alternative.....but not always....is milk.
