Yes , as on date China is considerably ahead of India in all achievements. If you see what China has achieved in the last 15 years , it shows tremendous boldness and imagination in conceiving grand projects , and tremendous discipline and hard work in implementing them. Contrast this with India's grand projects - the Golden Quadrilateral , the Konkan Railway and the Delhi Metro. They were really not so bold ; in fact they were probably 10 years late in the making. If you see Chinese cities like Beijing , Shanghai , Guangzhou and Shenzhen , their pace of development is breathtaking. No Indian city has developed as much in the last 15 years. In fact even Delhi is a pale shadow of any of these cities , and we will probably have to wait another 50 years to see an Indian city like these. In the long term , the Chinese sense of patriotism , and their hunger for achievement , will probably roll over India.

India is slowly & steadily marching towards the advancement in the field of technology. China is showing others an important country to be reconciled. No doubt, certain things we have to learn from China. Where as India is not exaggerating about its technological development. Indian culture is different from others. Earlier we were threatened by our neighboring countries and today the situation has been changed and they can not dare against us.We are capable of meeting any challenges technologically or otherwise. A good example will be of the Nuclear Deal between India & America. Thanks for the referral Ms.Isha Verma.

India is lagging far behind China when it comes to places like Africa and the Latin Americas. China is the model where most of the developing countries look at. No one in the world is talking about taking India as a model to follow. We do not have any idea to show to the world , all of our democracy was an imported product from the British.

The Chinese are planning to be the next great power as per as Asia-Pacific is concerned. They are expanding rapidly in advanced technological fields like space research , bio-technology and so on. In India we are just too dependent upon the ideas of our Western read American counterparts. We do not have any possible plans for future except being sidekicks of the American empire.

thanks Isha for referral.not on China all most all developed countries in the world will have to depend on Indian brains in any intellectual fields.our typical culture, values, education system, parenthood etc.are really a role model but, unfortunately we ourself are more leaning towards west for momentary/longterm gains.

everyone know that all the technologies that other countries are preaching that has migrated from india like plastic surgery which most people think is newly developed technology but was originated in india by susruta als marshal arts like kungfu, tai-chi, malay thai originated from marshal art that is being practiced in kerala. all these technologies that we lost in tide of time will again be revived only if we apply our brains in one topic rather than thinking of going abroad and settle there. i think our technology can accelerate to a hike by firm determination and is totally dependent on our future generation

Now China has good market for their product although they counts by quantity not for quality. But They have regular demand in whole world for same products and now China became best alternate of India in Asian or World markets for low cost products. Because labor is cheaper in china than India. Due to aggressive progress in China from last few years in all fields i don't think so that China will depend on Indian technologies in near future in any concern. India is not growing rapidly like China. Because we can't estimate it only with economic growth there are many other dimensions where China leads than India,

China has its indigenious technology and they are competing with the west not the asian countries, their main aim is possibly to make economical products and maintain the status co in the overall manufacturing sector, the idea is to give employment to all chinese workers, update their skills and focus on development. While India is dependent upon the western technolgy based platforms, if India also tries to emulate china then possibly we can see a new economy in the days to come.

This may happen in the short term but never in the long term. Excessive government control which is the moethodology that china operates with can never lead to the kind of progress a reasonably free atmosphere like in india.
