well i am in a dilemma weather or not the natural sand can be replaced. But if we think practically we need to find an alternate to natural sand. The crushed sand being the nearest alternative, we need to consider. Now the crushed sand available in market is nothing but a stone dust. Further to it there is another type called VSI crushed sand, which aging is nothing but the dust from VSI crusher. There are very few suppliers who " Manufacturer" crushed sand. Now how to identify the manufactured crushed sand,, 1) the 150 micron passing is reduced to almost 5% ( which is 15 to 20 % in stone dust) If we get this grading in crushed sand we can have 100% replacement of natural sand. There are couple of more advantages and Disadvantages we can discuss whioe you put your comments.
