English is a must today. Its the only global language know by everyone. So in a workplace we have mixture of people form different places. So to have a better communication we need to know english.

English is compalsory. because in future India will be the hub of MNC and INCs. So we have to communicate with them and also communicate in the outside of India. So every person should know the english.

Yes..English is a business language used all over the world. If you can communicate in English you get good opportunities. Well Prem you can yourself see where the English Speakers and non speakers stand in your organisation.

I am agreee that English is compalsory. because in future India will be the hub of MNC and INCs. So we have to communicate with them and also communicate in the outside of India. So every person should know the english. But we also not forget our Identity because only of Foreign Language. We are Indian our Mothertounge is Hindi. It is a unique and full of qualities. We should adobt the language by profession not by heart. Weather it for job seekars in India or a comman man,

It is very necessary, cos most of the money we earn by working for or working with the foreigners, so for that we really required to learn/use English. In China English is not compulsory, they are able to generate money, they are good in production and business.

I don't think so English should be compulsory but one should have basic knowledge of same to communicate/corresponding with concern department/employer because our business systems are more frequent with English. And Prima facie job knowledge required in which you are applying.

English is necessary not compulsory. If you have knowledge of English , it will additional advantage. I agree that in this time it is becoming important. Though, many good person are available in good as well as reputed company who are not know much English. As per my opinion , it is becoming necessary but compulsory..
