There is something that is not complete here!! Experienced pracrices would entail the universe of the consumer that would ideally include YOUTH. And any experienced campaigner who knows the application of his experience would accoun for YOUTh in his thought process. What does the seperate debate column of YOUTHFUL THOUGHT signify?? You see you havent any specified category, brand or product or even service reference here for the debate o be complete. Please refer a vertical or category and then apply th way forward in terms of Experience and YOUTH. Even then I am not really sure if its right!! Experienced practices.... OF WHAT?? YOUTHFUL THOUGHT.... APPLIED TO WHAT??? Either I am a complete duh or this is too intelligent for me!!

Experience can help you think out of the box. Remember, when you apply for a job,you submit your "Resume" which details your experience.You are picked up for your experience."CV" or "Biodata" details your acedemics--good for Academic outlet like post-grad studies etc. But all is not black for the youthful thoughts--sometimes ignorance is a boon!!! We all were greenhorns once--remember!!!

The one who is experienced is always taken more seriously than the unexperienced as he/she knows how to face the unforeseen circumstances and take the required measures. Youth are new to it and don't know how to react to the situation but their new and creative ideas are always well appreciated.

expirienced people will have profund practical knowledge,which they can utilise at anytime according to situation strategically.but fresher having only enthusiasm cant do more than merely showing his spirit, attitude.altimately what we want to our nation is man having both expirienced and enthusiasm.the expiriencd man can have enthusiasm.but fresher has to wait to get expirienced and guided by expirienced.

Rahul only one question - Do you think that experienced person have no innovative ideas like freshers ? Because i personally don't feel like that. I feel myself more innovative than starting. Always remember " All freshers are not same like all experienced are not equal" You are here, want to say that all freshers are more effective than experienced. And the only answer for same is ALL FRESHERS ARE NOT INNOVATIVE i have too many example for same, nothing else.

New and young blood haev a lot of thoughts just like babies have about life but it is only after pratical knowledge does one realise difference between fact and fiction Even I hd a drema but then to get them accepted I worked adn then after gaining confidence of my seniors was my idea and thoughts accpeted so fresh blood is accepted only when they learn to accept the present flow

Experienced practices are certainly more effective. But at the same time, the youth may have fresh ideas which can give another angle to the issues and discussions. Hence both must be considered.

The art of perfecting things is experience. But, is it that only experienced can do things better??? If there is no chance given to youngsters, when will they become expereinced???? This is the escence of this discussion...good one though.. It is always that the experienced put in their years of effort to get results. The rookies are expected to follow them. There is also a room for participation and extending their knowledge. The approach criteria is changing in every field. The rookies with their acquired knowledge and the modern thinking are making things more workable than the older ones who are into conventional thinking. The combination of both at this point and time should be very perfect and should give excellent results.

Rahul Maybe you are talking about any of your personal experience but in corporates generally it doesn't happens. if you have ability to handle the situation or have full proof plan to recover from situation, you always invited for ideas. And if you are capable to maintain your image in the eye of seniors then your suggestions, opinions always counts. And one another example: In every corporate if you are doing any work, you can choose any method to complete, condition is only that it wont effect on company. i.e. A sales person free to take decision to recover the sales target but the method choose by him would make any bad effect on company goodwill... many more examples are there....... But if your idea is not worthwile or wouldn't work for long run then it can't be acceptable.

Yes I agree Rajak , With young leadership, one can have creative ideas, new approaches, different mindsets, some time new practices and thought process in a new direction. But it is the experince which can asses the extent of vaiability and feasibility and probable pitfalls ahead and how far these ideas can work in the long run

Yes experiences teaches you more that what you think. Everyone today is speaking about the youth in politics and other sectors, I do agree they are proactive but when it comes to decision making they are a bit hesitating because they don't have any idea of the outcomes. So an experienced person who have come across many situation will be able to take a quick and effective decision. So their opinion is preferred first !!!!

A very good topic Mr Rahul Experience is good, but youthfull thoughts are more better. We all go for people who have more experience, but sometimes experience does not give out a fresh approach to the problems. Experienced people at times are not ready to take risks, as they might have gone through a similar situation and the result had not been good, young people with new thoughts may put in new ideas and take a risk, some times it works, some times doesn’t . The youth approaches things with a new dimension and challenge, to innovate things.

sorry but what the meaning of youthful thought rather it should be whether seniority is better than the ability or merit of a person. if your talking in terms of freshers.... i guess whats most important is the ability of the person to grasp the job able to give suggestions. Experienece is not always neccesarily needed....whats if the guy is following the old standard of practice rather than the modern techniques.

everybody here is looking in a way that experienced pratices are tried and tested but each and every experienced pratice came from a new idea to resolve the problem, we all have seen problems and foundout solutions but no body is thinking that if we have a new concept which will reduce all the upcoming problems, the problem which occurs by following experienced pratices is that we will have same problem for which we will have a same solution ,,, but to reduce all same occuring problem we will have to find out a new innovative thought....
