@ anoop dhopte sirji, few examples are everywhere now see, you have a few examples who dominate being less educated, but there are a lots of entrepreneurs who support the basic structure of economy. and only 100 u can count for higher position without having degree but a billion labors also there without degree. at least people value the man having education.more or less his own thinking and perception become good which is good for society. if all will become bill gates who will work for Microsoft yaar.

Who is more likely to become a leader: a school dropout or a Harvard graduate? Bill Gates dropped out of Harvard and Steve Jobs of Reed University, and despite this, they have been very successful in their business lives -- or is it because of this? Becoming a leader/ enjoying at established position in society does not depend on whether or not one is an academically successful student but rather requires possessing a vivid idea for a visionary project. I believe there are two ways to become a leader. The first effective way is to leave education because of a challenging and motivating project, actualizing that project and becoming a leader through this process with the help of already-possessed skills. The second way is attending a degree, being academically successful, graduating from the school and being a leader by accomplishing a dramatic or fundamental project that brings a significant change by means of the skills acquired during formal education.

Education is necessary, but according to me higher education is not necessary to become successful in life. what matters to success are vision, determination and knowledge.

Bills and Steves:  It's not easy to be pirates of silicon valley now-a-days.

We have the latest educated pirate, Mark Elliot "ZuckZuckerberg (born May 14, 1984) is an American entrepreneur who co-founded the social networking site Facebook with classmates Dustin MoskovitzEduardo Saverin, and Chris Hughes while attending Harvard University.

These people at least stepped into those premises.
