FOR PEOPLE  IN THE HIG BRACKET INDIA MAY NOT BE THE BEST PLACE TO LIVE IN.EVEN FOR THEM WHEN THEY THINK OF BRINGING UP THEIR CHILDREN THEY THINK OUR MOTHER COUNTRY IS THE BEST.FOR ALL OTHERS INDIA IS THE BEST FOR EVER,CONSIDERING THEIR INCOME LEVEL,STANDARD OF LIVING,COST OF LIVING,CULTURE,CLIMATE,GOVT SUBSIDY ON VARIOUS REQUIREMENTS LIKE FOOD ITEMS,FUEL,TRANSPORTATION,BANK LOAN,EDUCTION FACILITIES AT A CHEAPER COST,ETC,ETC.

No it is very bad as you had written... as it is ranked at 78th in the list of best place for live in the recent survey (reason behind this debate).... so you go outside india to live in....

But for normal indians this is the best place we feel it is GOOD PLACE TO LIVE IN...NO DOUBT ON THIS
