Yes, because so many projects have been awarded to those companies who are new to this area having no expertise,making joint ventures with expert groups to enter and make themselves eligible for tendering and further working as a sub contractor of major partner leading to delay and bad name for the project. Good companies are handsfull and unable to cope up with the huge demand of construction boom in India now a days.

No I don't think so. India is seeing rapid development in the Infrastructure sector in the recent days. There are many new companies with well developed technologies are emerging. So this is a sign of growth and development.
