I endorse your point! We, as a Nation, have produced enormous talent all these years. Had we pooled our talent to innovate better things, viz., better chip designs, fuzzy logics, operating systems, better satellites, launch vehicles, method engineering for the heavy industries, foundries, better methods for agriculture implements, better technology for water harvesting, weather monitoring, cyclone detection, disaster warning systems, GIS and GPS systems, ASIC-based control panels, better logic controllers, charge controllers for solar devices, etc., we would have been really better off in comparison to other developed countries in the world. We all know, how Japan raised like a phoenix bird after Hiroshima and Nakasaki. We have that in us, but we are subjugated and exploited for petty benefits!

Actually the expectations from Indians in india that they can coppy only they can't create anything because they don't want to accept it while they know we can do but they just show it because some time senior scared about their carrier they are at saturation level to think or work but youths becomes more talented and updated about technologies experiment ,senior just ignore it and ask how much experience do you have instead of looking your performance when you get any good opportunity you must be join it because you need a speed of growth in ant term learning ,more package, less pressure to work actually we don't want only hard work ,we want smart and hard work within a good system

Achievent is laways measured by success, and i believe the true success comes when the government itself eants it to be that way. Indian government cant fix the prices of the goods/commodoties in proportion to the wages, food remains luxury for many. In european countries the prices are such that even a minimum wage labour can leave as decent life as an software engineer over here. We have the potential to be the best but we are not backed by and our talent is at the mercy of a foreigner. If the researchers were paid well enough, prices had been stable and proportional people will try and find employment here as tghey dont have to go abroad for to afford a living in india. The economy will improve and no doallar or pound will be over rupee, now when that happens no dollar or pound will buy an indian. Another important factor is corruption which is yet another debate.

I do agree.... but we have to accept the truth that none of the technologies or machines were invented in India, if we were innovative we could have stamped every where as how China is marked now "MADE IN CHINA". So it looks like in abroad our Indians are sheltering the light of a candle which was lightened by whites. What they are doing is true because its a human nature. Human is always in search of better life. In my opinion youth should come forward to start small scale industries so that they can provide employment in India, but they should concentrate in villages when compared to cities. The reason is several people migrate to cities from villages in search of a job and life settlement. If they get the same thing in the village then i am sure that no one shall migrate to cities and we can plan better India by reconstructing villages.

India has the best brains and this is not a hidden truth anymore. However, why dont we match the number of patents registered by any european or US firms. The desi software MNCs are not bothered about the big picture as long as they are getting paid in $$$.
