No there needs a complete change in the aviation management system. It is totally poor and the rates are not affordable by the common man......

yeah you are right ....poor management!! indian politics leave its footstep everywhere...this industry is also a victim.

After the previous inspection by FAA,it has found out that the indian civil aviation still lacks a strong and competent adminstration for the smooth running of the industry.strong need of manpower and better adminstration is required.How?????????? Take the example of the engineering division.There are around 70 aircraft engineering training institutes in india approved by the DGCA in the 'G' category for imparting better training to student to become aircraft maintenance engineer.As described in the the CAR(civil aviation requirement) there includes strict guidlines and norms for these institutes to be followed. Better infrastucture,workshop,training facilities and specific approvals in separate categories of training are necessaryand the disobedience to these norms may lead to its unapproval if found out by the DGCA during inspection.But one open eyed person may find 80 percent of such institutions with the required standards unfulfilled and one may wonder how the DGCA officials visit these for few cups of tea and easily permit them. Due to inadequate training all these institutes produces around more than 5000 students every year who remains unemployed.The real reason for this unemployment is the DGCA which approves such institutes and another is the latter which for the sake of money are playing a big fun with the career of thousand students. FAA is good enough for warning indian aviation to downgrade it below sub-african standard if it fails to provide a better adminstration and does not fulfill the international standard.

I don't have much knowledge about it. But now the travelers are increasing rapidly. Terminal 3 is far better than old one. We can't resulted that it is poor or bad but can say that we are on the way to catch the actual progress. Its just starting.. Hope for best.
