The lace of Indian IT has been high. But there seems to be a saturation here. The growth has become stable or is the graph is rising? What is your opinion about Indian IT companies?

I know we have done a lot of progress but the graph shows we have become stagnant.Recently, borkerage firm CLSA downgraded the country's technology sector. It is high time for us to realise and work hard.

Inani since there is still a global melt down in economy for various reasons like crude price, unrest in middle east and slow down of economy in US the sales have become stagnant and will cotinue to remain same for some time since IT is mostly based on exports or for that matter sale from western countries and USA.

I think within six month the things will change for better then every thing will be back on normal cycle.

There are no openings at senior level that can be considered as considerably good. Even the packages are on the declining side and attrition rates are going high. People are leaving IT Sector and migrating to more promising ones. A clear indication of Sliding Economy for IT Sector.

If there is any indication of IT companies sliding down, then it should be the number of opportunities being generated in the IT market which in my opinion is reasonably good. So, Indian IT companies are doing well compared to the foreign MNCs.

However a correction here. We are a lot more dependent on the world economy and hence keeping in view the condition of the market elsewhere, we will be prone to setbacks received elsewhere. So, though we are growing, we should be prudent in making decisions such that the effect of job losses are minimized, if not nullified.

JUST REPORT FINDINGS CANNOT B TREATED AS THE PARAMETERĀ  FOR SUCCESS OF FAILURE. THE FINDING COULD B RIGHT BUT WHAT IS IMPORTANT IS HOW IT WAS CARRIED OUT AND WITH WHAT EVOLUTION THEORY OR METHODOLOGY.

It is not true that Indian IT is sliding Down.Certainly India is moving forward in Information Technology Sector. It doesn't matter how slow it goes... So long as it doesn't halt. IT industry account for a 5.19% of country's GDP and exports. More than 2.5 million people are employed in the sector either directly or indirectly, making it one of the biggest job creators in India. In 2010-11, annual revenues from IT-BPO sector have grown over US$76 billion compared to China with $35.76 billion. Since United States Economy slowed down in the fast 2 years, most of the IT Enterprises and IT professionals returned back to home land. Which is definitely a great plus for India. India is very good in software service offerings.Cloud and SAAS is picking very fast. India's outsourcing industry is expected to increase to US$225 billion by 2020. So there is no step back for IT Industry. Jai Ho India.
