I agree with Arti. The Judiciary favours the senior counsels hired by litigants having power and money and juniors get no attention. Further more it is supposed to uphold the law not the views of the seniors not affordable by common litigants

Judges get point for every judgment they made in every month. If someone appealed against their order and it is reversed then they get negative points. Their promotion is based on this point system. Established lawyers and rich peoples tend to file appeal if any order goes against them. Knowing this judges inclined to pass judgment in favour of these peoples.

no that is possible for each and every time but sometime play its role to move something of case part but over all money power not to purchased judicial power

you will see the power of judicial in plr or you can shwo trial in highcourt or supreme court where you can find judiciary work

in lower level you can see it but not applied in all

I agree with you, even in judgement money and power plays a vital role.  It’s high time the Indian judiciary wakes up and takes responsibility for the blunders it is causing in the society just because it wants to sound, politically correct and preserve its independence.

The judiciary has no rights to play with the lives of people and drag their useful and productive years in the prison........
