I am in total agreement with you but unfortunately most of the standing Indian Companies and the joint venture companies will not do the same till they feel there is a crunch of talent. I am of the openion may be within next half decade this may become the thumb rule since there are other benifits are attached with it like the share holding is not taxable etc.
